Conditions and additional work
1. If the application is based on intention to use, we charge USD300 per mark per class for submission of use proofs/specimens after notice of allowance is issued; 2. If the application is based on foreign application or registration, copy of foreign registration certificate is required. All informations must be consistent with basci application or registration; 3. A declaration of use must be submitted 5-6 years counted from the trademark registration date and when it is renewed, otherwise the trademark will be invalid.
